    • Photos must be provided from client by submitting to support@kographicdesign.com. Photos must be high quality to create the best look.
     
    • 3 minor revisions accepted, a whole design revamping requires a $50 fee per template.
     
    Turnaround time begins once all information and photos are submited. Turnaround time is 5-6 days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
